Another day, another great session! Danielle and Stephen wanted to include their love of books with their vineyard engagement session. So with the help of Ginny Au of Bits & Bobs events and Daniel Taylor Photography they pulled it off!

LOVE LOVE the vintage books, especially the shot of her standing on them, so sweet.
This is exactly what I was looking to do for our engagement shoot. My faince and I met in a library and fell in love over books. Quick questions, where did they get that 'save the date banner' and how do you make the pages of the book stay like that? I just tried with one in my apartment and they always fall back down, did they use something to hold them down?
Ann, the banner was handmade by Bits & Bobs but you can buy the string of burlap at national chain fabric stores. Etsy also sells some similar ones. As for the pages, we had to try several books to get a page texture that would stay, and we shot a lot of frames to get that one great photograph.
