We are in my hometown this weekend hanging out with family, so this country farm wedding really seemed to be a perfect fit! Rachel and Bryan put together a backyard farm wedding that seems so sweet and intimate!
Country Farm Wedding Comments
Here is what the wedding planner said about the day: “Working with Rachel and Bryan was such a treat. This young couple was so in love! They also had a good idea of how they wanted to celebrate their marriage: a relaxed summer evening in the country shared with close friends and family on Rachel’s family farm in Williamson County, Tennessee. The look of the day came together easily after our first meeting at the farm. Rolling green hills, white washed farm house, wild blackberry patches, horses roaming the pasture. It was beyond picturesque and I could see why Rachel and Bryan were so excited to be married in this magical spot”
After a hill-side ceremony, the wedding party and guests enjoyed mint juleps and hors d’oeuvres on the lawn while playing corn hole, horseshoes or simply relaxing on one of the many heirloom quilts spread out on the lawn. A family style dinner followed and guests enjoyed dancing the night away with the Hog Slop String Band. The weather cooperated to allow a bonfire and guests enjoyed toasting smores alongside the happy couple.
I hope you all have a fantastic weekend!
