Romantic Wedding Inspiration & Sangria Recipe

The sangria recipe in today’s romantic wedding inspiration styled shoot brings me back to the first time I drank Sangria – on a Contiki tour in the year 2005 as I traveled around Europe.  One afternoon our tour group had to choose:

1) Go to an organized show, or
2) Spend an afternoon doing whatever we pleased

We chose the latter and wound up at a little bar in a square in Barcelona that served Sangria.  It was the real deal, a deep red liquid that came in a jug with cut up fresh fruit.  I’m sure that we weren’t walking a straight line by the time we got up to leave, but I remember it being a tasty treat, perfect for underneath the glow of the hot afternoon sun.

Along with a Sangria recipe (below) comes the cute couple, rustic flare, brick wall, exposed beams and great photography by Blue Barn Photography.

Remarks from photographer: “We styled this shoot thinking of timeless southern romance, simple yet meaningful details, and a touch of winter elegance. We chose vintage inspired elements like the bride’s gorgeous floral wreath crown, the groom’s suspenders, a classic pickup truck getaway, heirloom fine china, French bistro chairs, and a 1900’s venue highlighting the loveliest exposed brick. Our real couple, married for three years, made us swoon with the bride’s sweet giggle, the groom’s dapper look and their playful affection for one another. We want to inspire brides with the motto that ‘simple is beautiful’. Celebrating with your soul-mate is the most cherished part of your wedding day.”

What a lovely wedding themed shoot. The details are outstanding and the color palette is so well selected. Love the soft look is the photos and how the wedding photographer captured the moments.

I have been photographing weddings for the last four years and always looking for new ideas to incorporate into my workflow and wow my wedding clients. No bride or groom doesn’t want to look unique.

Thank you for sharing these images. I like them and think they are great inspiration for photographers.
