2. Select from "Customization" dropdown menu
3. Add to cart, then put the following details:

◘ Timestamp you're interested in

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Make sure timestamp is 14 – 24 seconds long Only (music box limitation)

👉 Due to music box limitations, not all songs can be converted into a nice-sounding music box melody.

👉 Rap/hip hop, jazz, and songs with lots of long / repeating notes, or fast beats, won't work (well).

👉 Usually, Chorus works best & loops well in the music box. Please send the original song instead of a piano/music box version.

👉 The 18-Note mechanism can't produce a 30-Note melody or higher capacity.

😊 If it's a song / melody we did previously, we can make it again! If we haven't done it yet, please place an order so we can try to convert.

⚠️ If your desired song can't be converted into 18-Note melody, you can try a different song or opt for a Refund.

⚠️ If, after the song has been converted into melody, you decide not to proceed, there will be a $30 fee for the conversion / demo.

⚠️ Due to the natural difference between the audio demo (Digital), and the actual music box (Mechanical), there might be a slight difference on how they sound.

🛑 The order will not move forward until we get your approval for the melody. Your timely responses will definitely help process your order in a timely manner too.

❗ Custom melody orders that are in the "Manufacturing Mechanism" stage and onwards cannot be canceled. Returns / exchanges are not accepted for customized orders but please contact us for order issues.
