Randy has produced a custom made map that was a gift for my son's engagement. It looks beautiful and really well made, excellent quality. Randy also provided great customer service and tried to make and deliver the item in a very short time. The item didn't arrive in time due to Canada Post issues (never trust them!), but Randy refunded the priority mail fee, which was very nice of him considering it was not his fault. I would highly recommend his business.
