The folks at Boxwalla spotlight works by Nobel Laureates, potential Laureates, and classic authors from all over the globe that you may not know yet, but you definitely should.

2. Luminary Book Club (Adults)
Literati’s Luminary Book Club is interactive, and members will receive curated titles by an iconic luminary of their choice. Malala, Joseph Campbell, Stephen Curry, Susan Orlean, Richard Branson – pretty impressive, no?!
After you’ve read the book, you can interact with others in the club via the app. The chosen luminary often facilitates conversations, and you’ll have the opportunity to converse with the author of that month’s book.

Page 1 is often liked to an indie version of Amazon’s book club. After you take a short quiz on your literary likes and dislikes every month, the bibliophiles at Page 1 will pick a book just for you that they think you’ll love. The folks at this book club source their books exclusively from women and/or queer-owned businesses, and they donate 5% of every purchase to those businesses.

The virtual membership at $12 per month includes the ebook selection and access to the virtual discussion groups. (You won’t receive the book or any other physical shipment with this membership. If you’d like to have the print copy of the book, you’ll have to grab it yourself.)

Another internationally-focused book subscription service, The Wordy Traveler will send you a curated box of books and global goodies every quarter based around a specific country.

Spanning from birth to twelve years, this book club has everything your kiddo will want to read and more. Five age-appropriate works and extra treats curated around an exciting theme are hand-picked and sent to their doorstep every month. Your child will get a week to peruse and choose what they’d like to keep, then you send the rest back.
