Katelyn and Jesse are the sweetest most down to earth couple. The majority of their wedding at See Canyon Fruit Ranch (San Louis Obispo, California) was DIY and self assembled. Inspired by a movie festival poster they had seen, they created their own movie-like poster as a sign in book featuring all the last names of their guests for them to sign.
Fall decor include the fall metal artwork hanging above their heads during their ceremony, katelyn’s handmade boutonnieres, the beautiful pumpkins and fall bouquet, homemade chocolate almond brittle by the mother of the bride, the brides dad playing guitar as the first dance song, and all the fresh fall pies made just down the road! Yum!
Comments from the groom: “Katelyn saw her wedding day as a natural and calm day where family and friends had a good time drinking, eating, and celebrating love. Trying to not take away from the beautiful scenery of the venue.”
“Our proposal story is an unconventional story that involves both of us on a plane heading to the Bahamas. Neither of us like to fly (anxiety). So we took a pilll to take the edge off while flying. Katelyn asked Jesse if he would marry her and he said yes. Then we fell asleep, super romantic.”
You don’t need to have a fall wedding in order to have a ‘pie bar’ on your dessert table! We love this rustic spread of desserts along with the natural fall decor and florals.
