“This festive wedding vow styled session was held at Velzer Family Winery It’s an amazing location filled with vibrant colors and historic artifacts. I wanted to create a colorful styled photo shoot inspired by Mexican culture and with cinco de mayo right around the corner it was the perfect time, the team also wanted to add some color, we wanted that would represent a true mexican fiesta.
“We knew that a beautiful guitar, flowers and bright colors were a must. We incorporated a lot of mustard yellow as its more of my favorite colors this year and , gold, orange, blues, tangerines and red hues to go with the overall theme fiesta theme.
“I love capturing fun wedding ideas so when planning a vibrant colorful Mexican fiesta we knew that the table setting is set to resemble a chic but festive mexican vibe. We combined traditional margaritas with delicious tropical cocktails . Traditional mexican vases known as jarritos were used used for a more traditional look.
“The flowers are a mix of bright colors which add a touch of rustic feel we wanted the shoot to be inspired by the style, culture, and colors of Mexico. inspiration is a the perfect mixture between a Mexican fiesta, beautiful surroundings, lots of bright colors, flowers, and love.”
