Wedding Story

Photographer’s Comments: “Paige and Haeden celebrated their special day at the Bleckley Inn in downtown Anderson, South Carolina and it was one of my favorite wedding venues I have ever photographed!

“With everything taking place in one location it was super convenient! From their Bridal Suites overlooking the Courtyard where their ceremony took place and the Carriage House where their reception was held to the the Inn’s beautiful alleyways lined with string lights and plants … everything was so perfect!

“During our time with Paige and Haeden during their Bride and Groom portraits they shared their love for the venue. They told us that the first time they ever visited the Bleckley Inn together they knew that this was where they would want their wedding one-day. And I’m so glad it all worked out that way! We even recreated a photo from that first visit.

“These two also picked out some of the most beautiful wedding details. You can tell that Paige and Haeden, as well as their family and friends made sure this day was perfect in every way. One of the most memorable details for me was actually not a detail used for the ceremony or the reception but just something of importance that Paige brought along for getting ready photos … it was a basket filled with all the dried flowers that Haeden had ever given to her! Seriously just the sweetest thing!!

“And I can’t forget one of my favorite moments of the day … watching Haeden and Paige’s emotional reaction when they saw each other for the first time during the ceremony! These two have such a special connection and there was nothing I loved more than getting to witness their joy while they celebrated amongst their closest family and friends!

“You see their families are what originally brought them together. Paige and Haeden’s families were good friends, and eventually these get-togethers led to a mutual crush and then that mutual crush led to a very happy, in love, and now MARRIED Mr. & Mrs.”
