Wedding Day to Remember
As the old saying goes, “when you know, you know”.
Kim just knew from the moment she met James they would be together. As a couple, these two are fun and funny, full of life and dreaming big!
James and Kim’s Big Day was a beautiful dream come true. The couple chose to hold their wedding celebration at the rustic Gatherings at Dorchester, in the small rural and quaint community of Dorchester, SC. It was a perfect, sunny, clear blue sky, day for their May wedding.
The bride was gorgeous in a white lace tiered mermaid wedding gown and her groom in a smart grey suit. Their looks paired well with the lavender and lace colors and all the event details. The bridesmaids were beautifully styled in pearl jewelry and lavender dresses and groomsmen in complimentary grey suits with lavender boutonnieres. The flowers and bouquets were simple but elegant with dried lavender and baby’s breath, add with that the touches of burlap, and twinkling white globe garden lights it gave the whole affair that perfect outdoor, natural, and country flair.
Memorable Moments
For Kim and James one of the most touching moments of their wedding day was the “first look” Kim did with her groom, and later with her father. You can truly see the love and how much fun these two are in the bride and groom’s eyes during that private encounter. It was also touching when Kim – daddy’s little girl – flaunted her wedding day look, and her father saw Kim as a bride for the first time. There was not a dry eye in that moment!
It truly was a perfect day to celebrate. James and Kim’s party went on into the night until they finally bid their loved ones a fond farewell with a romantic sparkler send off.
